Purchasing for Private use

To purchase any images for private use please browse our galleries and follow "shopping cart" procedure. The pricing structure is strictly for private use of pictures for display in the home, i.e. not in the public domain. If you have any other purpose in mind for World Wonder Photos then please see "Purchasing for commercial use" below.

Prices for photographs purchased for private use

All EU€ prices are based on a calculation of £1=€1.41 which is the tourist the rate of exchange as of 28th August 2007

All US$ prices are based on a calculation of £1=$1.90 which is the tourist the rate of exchange as of 28th August 2007

IMPORTANT NOTE!
The exchange rates of both the Euro€ and US$ are not what you will be charged from your card, but are simply provided as an approximate guide as to what you may be charged. Your actual charge will be based upon the price of the product in UK £sterling and converted to your local currency at the rate given by your bank on that given date of purchase.

Purchasing for Commercial use

Commercial use constitutes displaying World Wonder Photos in the following ways:-

• Offices • Art Galleries • Brochures • Magazines • Newspapers • Leaflets • Posters • Websites

If you are using World Wonder Photos for commercial use then you are effectively “hiring” the images for an agreed “one-off” use. This may be for an agreed number and size of prints in a publication or in the case of a website, an agreed size and set length of time.

NB/ Special terms may be granted for use of our photos for educational purposes as this “may” not constitute financial gain. Permission must nonetheless be sought before use of our images in this way.

Image Reproduction

Images from 1992 to 2004 are scanned using a PrimeFilm 3650u scanner to a resolution of 360dpi.

Images from 2005 to date are stored as jpegs at 3072x2048 pixels.

All images from 1992 to date are processed using Adobe Photoshop 6.0.

All images are printed on FujiFilm Frontier 370 and 390 printers using FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper at 300 dpi. The fade resistance of this paper is rated at 150 years.

Methods of Payment

We are please to accept orders by PayPal (secure server). All credit/debit card transactions are therefore subject to validation checks by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery Terms

Orders placed to anywhere in the world is free of charge for delivery. Most orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If there is a delay then you will be notified by email. All goods are subject to availability. In the event of any goods being damaged in transit or deficient of items shown on the delivery note then such details should be notified to us within 7 working days of receipt. If we receive no notification of the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.
