General Terms

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by post or telephone. Please read them carefully before placing your order. All contracts are in governed and in accordance with English Law and disputes and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights. By using this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Copyright Terms

Any image on a web site is the copyright of the person who created it, even if it is not obvious who that person may be. All photographs on these pages are the copyright of World Wonder Photos and the photographer Paul R Davies unless otherwise stated. All photographs for screen viewing on this web site are watermarked with the text "Copyright © World Wonder Photos". Any photographs subsequently purchased, either in print or electronic format, will not contain any such text. Images purchased for commercial purposes require the purchaser to agree to a one off hire or reproduction right. The copyright remains with Paul R Davies and he can offer that very same image for use in other non-competing markets. Additionally, the purchaser may not offer or loan the image to any other party without the express permission of the owner Paul R Davies. For copyright purposes the images displayed on this website have been reduced to a very low resolution suitable for screen viewing only. The images that are purchased will be at the higher resolutions of 200 to 500 dots per inch depending upon the size of the print.

Purchasing Terms

We are please to accept orders by PayPal (secure server). All credit/debit card transactions are therefore subject to validation checks by the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Delivery Terms

Deliveries are free worldwide on all purchases made from World Wonder Photos.
Most orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If there is a delay then you will be notified by email. All goods are subject to availability. In the event of any goods being damaged in transit or deficient of items shown on the delivery note then such details should be notified to us within 7 working days of receipt. If we receive no notification of the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with the products on offer at World Wonder Photos. However, should you wish to return an item because you feel it is faulty, please contact us via e-mail to resolve the matter.

Overseas Selling Regulations

You have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the website under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalized or made to your specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail us with your details and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Providing the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the products depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. All information on our web site is updated regularly. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of World Wonder Photos until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received by us in full.
